Hi everyone, in this video I have the honor to talk with Richard Lico, Former lead animator at Bungie and currently animation Director at Polyarc and creator of Animation Sherpa. He's one of my favorite animator, with a very singular workflow, and such a kind person.
This is the very first interview I’m giving and I have the immense privilege to have Richard Lico as a first guest. We’ll talk about his path in the industry, his animation philosophy and experience, and his work at Polyarc and Animation Sherpa.

I think it’s beyond the spectrum of a software as we talk about CG animation, his path in the industry, his specific techniques.
But all can be applied to Blender and this is what I try to teach through my tutorials, and I did made a Bender rig for his course too.
So, I’d love to see more Blender people getting influenced by him and inspired.
