Grease Pencil Update: Holdout Material

The holdout materials in GP give great flexibility to create holes and masked patterns in filled shapes, as well as the ability to use the additive effect in the holdout color to create glass-like materials. Holdout materials work by allowing the strokes to operate as erasers of any strokes below it.
