Bake hardsurface high poly to low poly mesh with Blender 2.91

This is a tutorial in which I show how to bake the details of a sculpted high poly hardsurface mesh to a low poly mesh with Blender 2.91. I add a shrinkwrap modifier to the low poly mesh to really snap the vertices to the high poly , smart UV project and then bake the normals using Cycles.

    Why is it that when I turn on the material preview mode as you did in the video my object becomes black and not like yours that remains white?
