Have to say you really good at modelling .. I am still a novice on this.
Love your simple approach to apply UV images into different sub meshes. Wonder why don’t create vertex groups .. I suppose you too good at creating this model over and over again rather than a novice like me.
I took your file and adapted it with some image planes / video on both side of street.
Also added traffic to it with both high and low poly cars/trucks.
Hmm need more learning to avoid high rendering time on using high poly cars …
