Parallax Shading for holographic cards in Blender

Pierre Schiller writes:

The parallax shader is useful in different cases in Blender. We will replicate the lenticular effect for holographic display and colors. Basically, it works this way: the shader duplicates the ray hit for the object’s normals and depth. We will work with DMG (Dark Magician Girl from the Yugioh series) and Magic Cylinders as our 3d object for the holographic effect.
