It's called traffiq and it will be an ever expanding library of optimized realistic assets of various vehicles. Something like botaniq (trees) but with transportation!
There are also plans to add new features like car rigs, traffic animation, entire streets, spawnable smart curve objects (highways, railways, ...), level of detail, lights on/off, custom license plates and more based on requests and feedback.
