In this new video I use Blendr 2.9 and my free JMesh tools addon to create a more complicated hard surface mesh. I also show some new features of the addon like the gizmo to move primitives around:

  1. Blender 2.9 does not exist! The latest official beta version are 2.83 This is clickbait and the comment above has been posted by yourself !

    Hi!
I've been away from Blender for a bit but I just downloaded the 2.9 version (not 2.9a or 2.91) and I grabbed your addon from Github and loaded it into the addons folder. The addon is present but I can't seem to access the dissolve extrude from the extrude button, left toolbar. Is this the correct addon?

    Thanks so much!!

  3. Hi Jayanam, Awesome addon! Thank you for sharing it. I'm having the same problem as FORREST HARLESS. I'm running Blender 2.9, installed the plugin, I can see the Jmesh tool bar but I can't get the extrude/dissolve tool you show in the video in the left hand side tool selection. Looking for a solution at the moment...can you shed some light? Thanks Jay

      • :) Thank you for getting back to me. I feel like I owe you an apology lol. I saw the new Extrude Manifold tool when I was trying it and figure that was the answer, but for some reason yesterday while i was testing, it kept leaving the top face in place. It did not dissolve and it was driving me mad. That's when I sent the message. I tried it again this morning from scratch and it worked first time!! My only thought is that the knife tool was playing up yesterday. Anyway, thank you again. I really enjoy your content and appreciate the help. See you on social :) Jay
