Hello and welcome Pixels,
today I want to show you how to draw in 3d space with Grease pencil tool.

Basically you just have to understand how to use the different isometric views (front, side, top) and how the brush location system is working (for example: origin, 3d cursor,...)

I start to explain my personal work flow and show this with an example of an chair. The presentation is live and the second part (painting process) of the video will be some kind of a time-lapse.

Check out my Youtube channel for more Blender videos as well.

Cheers!

25games was founded in 2016 by two friends: Severin & Simon. Our first goal was to publish a action-adventure game called Kordex. Sadly we wasn't able to find enough support to continue development. However, our Youtube channel and the pixel community was growing nicely. So we decided to continue producing videos for gamedev for you! If you have any problems with game production, feel free to contact us and we try to help!

  1. Very nice video thank you for making this I'm just learning blender after working with 3D studio for many years and although I like grease pencil I find it a little bit not intuitive but this video has helped me so thank you once more.
