Free Photographer 3 add-on adds Physical Lights for Cycles and EEVEE

i get an error when installing!?
It is working fine for me, do you have an error message you can share?
In some cases, it is necessary to perform a clean install of the add-on.
– Remove the add-on from the Preferences window.
– Save your preferences
– Close Blender and reopen it.
– Install the add-on from the Preferences window and activate it.
– Save your preferences.
You can also do it outside of Blender:
– Close Blender
– In your Windows Explorer, go to %appdata%\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.90\scripts\addons, delete the photographer folder. Check if there is a photographer.py file in that folder and delete it.
– From the downloaded zip, copy the photographer folder into %appdata%\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.90\scripts\addons
– Start Blender, go to Preferences and activate the Photographer add-on.

I tried what you asked to do
It didnt work really. There is an error message if i want to confirm the installation at preferences.
I attach the error so you can see.
The photographer tab is installed, but if I restart blender it`s gone again.

Photographer 3 is not free like the title would suggest
