This is so gorgeous! I can recognize the procedural textures with the naked eye, like the ice using Voronoi Crackle. Very impressed at how this uses them to achieve such fluid patterns, without giving away any sharp parts or repetitive zones, which is what I usually have issues with the more detail I add. I'm working on something similar at the moment, a fully procedural environment albeit not randomly generated... blending all the right noise textures in the right way is tricky but can be powerful when done well.
