It's time to schedule our next Blender Ohio Central Meetup! This will be the fourth meetup in Columbus for our Ohio user group.
If this is your first time at a Blender Ohio meetup what should you expect?
At each meetup we start it off by, of course, shaking hands and saying hello. If there is anyone new we always make sure to ask for your name and for you to have a little introduction of what you do with Blender, this helps get conversation started amongst the group. After, we like to show some work and get some feedback on current projects, this is the one of the core benefits of the group urging you to push your work a step further than it was before. During this process it's good to talk about some of your techniques or even techniques you would like to learn in Blender, this will ultimately improve your knowledge within Blender.What if you live in Ohio, but you cannot make it to this Blender event?
No worries Ohio Blenderer, we offer a full user group discord where you can network and discuss Blender amongst other Ohio users. We also host a Northern Ohio Meetup as well to cater for people who are near Cleveland and cannot make the drive down to Columbus.If you would like to join the Blender Ohio discord channel please email me at [email protected]. Make the subject of the email, "Blender Ohio Discord", with the body saying, "I would like to join the Blender Ohio Discord, I am from (insert your area of Ohio).".
