Nice, this interest me much. jayanam is it is possible to start a hard surface modeling with sculpt and then convert it to some sort of workable polygonal model? I ask because designing a real object i always fill in creatively constrained with box modelling, polygon tools and surfaces. Sculpting it is my element, but then i need to convert it to something i can work with technically in final phase. Like in a sculpted car cutting the doors etc.
What i want is to have most freedom possible developing shapes, and then at end when i am happy i need to add technical detail and constructive splitting also like for example 3D printing.
Hi, the addon's purpose mainly is to be able to create base meshes in sculpt mode and to stay in sculpt mode when adding base meshes or do boolean operations. You can create even hard surface models with sculpting, but when it comes to turning the models into meshes that you can use for instance in your games you have to retopo them to low poly models and bake the details of the high poly to them.
Thanks Jayanam
