The traffic simulation is released with the CrowdSim add-on but is also available as a separate add-on. Besides the paid add-on there is also a demo version available. The demo contains all features but is limited to 25 agents. There's a discount 'till the 1st of December 2019.

It's difficult to drop 150-200 Euro (165-222 USD), though, without a firm grasp of what's possible. Is there a showreel?
That's correct, the discount ends on 1st of January 2020 and not 1st of December 2019. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We're currently working on tutorials to show the possibilities of the add-on (https://www.youtube.com/crowdsim3d). We can also create a showreel.
