I think there are some lighting and rendering issues here (low dynamic range), like dark corners (walls, shelves), environment, GI.
Also, the whole "coffee" concept is quite odd, would be a torture serving one in a place like that, unless you are a goth freak.
Try a remake after you visit some Vienna coffee shops.
What does Vienna have to do with this work? Try visiting some coffee shops in Seattle, or anywhere in the Midwest of the US and you'll see perhaps his Brazilian Coffee shop is directly where he pulling his inspiration from. Those old booths are all over the US and I imagine in South America.
But pontificate about Vienna when it has nothing to do with his work.
Mmmmh, don´t know what MIHAIs problem is. To me it looks like ecxellent work. Great materials, great light.
I really like it :)
I think this is a matter of taste. Maybe MIHAI loves more a lovely coffee bar full of light and fresh colors (impressionistic style), while this is more a place that you could see in a Clint Eastwood movie. More dark naturalism.
But I it is well done, a beautiful piece of work.
