Blender Add-ons: OD Copy & Paste External (free)
I have mentioned this add-on before, but it’s SO useful that I think it deserves another round.

I got the blender part to work, the problem is that i can’t figure out how to install it in 3Ds max.
Can anyone help?
In 3ds Max: first unzip those maxscript files provided specifically for 3ds max into a good place.
Then in 3ds max, in the top menu, go to scripting > run script… and select either the import or export script.
