Render+ 2 is out and stable now. This is the first version for Blender 2.80 and includes a massive refactor of the batch system, along with some nifty new features. Batches are now run by a server, which paves the way for network rendering in the future. Also you can now cancel individual render jobs and check the progress of render jobs from the batch panel (with progress bars and extra info).
