Following on from the Substance Designer style workflow in Blender, here are some more tips for taking normal map creation to the next level!

We'll cover...

  1. How to combine black and white heightmaps with normal map textures together in the shader editor.
  2. The normal map matcap is great for sculpting, here we can take that a step further and get not just the geometry but the textures as well.
  3. Making a node group as a master control to switch between render passes
  4. How to combine 2 normal map textures together
