Yes, it's part of Blender and you can use it for commercial work. The same is valid for BlenderKit assets mentioned in the tutorial.

My name is Ben. I am having trouble with the Blender Ivy Generator. The Ivy keeps sticking to the inside of the mesh. What can I do to stop this?
