Realistic puddles and wet ground cyberpunk reflections in Blender 2.8 EEVEE

Daniel Oakfield writes:

I spent some time playing with Blender 2.8 and the real-time render engine EEVEE to create three realistic highly reflective wet concrete ground shaders with rainy puddles, the final look is something very colourful, cyberpunk, futuristic... or just a modern grunge city!

The shaders would work in Cycles as well, and would give a more photorealistic and precise result!

Thank you for the great resources: Greg Zaal at HDRI Haven and Texture Haven, and Rustam Arazov for the free model at Sketchfab.

My apologies for the sluggishness of the render speed but my 6yo computer asks for mercy while screen-grabbing and doing 3D at the same time!
