I think it's too much to say "sparkling" for this.
Maybe it's an animation issue, or material fault, but it's far from that.
sparkling
/ˈspɑːk(ə)lɪŋ,ˈspɑːklɪŋ/
adjective
adjective: sparkling
1.
shining brightly with flashes of light.
"her sparkling blue eyes"
lively and witty.
"sparkling dialogue"
2.
(of a drink) effervescent; fizzy.
"sparkling wine"
I feel it easily fits the first definition.
@USERUSER2 @MIHAI both of you, please, don't be toxic. The elements that create that sparkling are supposed to stay at one place but in the demo video at the very beginning it looks way more like animation or animated noise. I think it's a very nice job but it will definitely get more realism if the sparkling elements are fixed at one position
@Serhii Poklonskyi You're the one being toxic, so get off your high horses. I just posted a definition of "sparkling" and showed that this tutorial fitted the 1st meaning of the word. You're the one being toxic with your condescending comment that brings nothing to the discussion. @MIHAi and I don't need you and your social justice warrior ways. Stay away from us !
@USERUSER2 whatever you say. I think to stay away from you is indeed a good idea
Thanks for the tutorial. Good sharing. Very useful.
In situations like this, guilty is not the one who tells the truth in an honest opinion, but the one who creates the embarrassing reality.
It should be understood on the other hand, that the attitude of the spasmed and orgasmed average Joe when he sees a 3d work (whatever low poly, "minimalistic", uninspired, having a dilettante perspective and technical procedures), is not quite constructive. We always have to use the best landmarks in the industry and Blender community as a guide. And decency.
Yeah, I thought your critique was completely fair.
