New Functionality in the Help Menu

I use Buildbot rBa3b88c917299 from Yesterday, no idea what happen.
May other user can verify and we send a report, from Help menu. :)

It is meant for developers then as only they have accounts there. Perhaps it should be a hotline.

Anyone who wants to report a bug report must create an account.
May be I was not clear enough in my Post.
