i think these are great what you are doing.
This is just an idea:
Perhaps if you contact the Blender Animation Studio and with some reformating you could be creating animated tooltips so that when you open up blender new users can see and read the instructions of the tooltips. The tooltips would have to live on the official Blender youtube channel.
If a Tool Tip template was made downloadable from Blender.org than loads of people could contribute. This would be super great for the community, old and new users
