A Fan Made Story about the Blender Open Movies

I was always planning on making a fan sequel to Sintel but it was when Cosmo Laundromat came out I found a way to link every blender open movies into a story.

I don't know a lot about Victor from Cosmo Laundromat so character might be different but I understand he is chilled, compassionate, smart and laid back type of guy.

The characters are 3d models with 2d drawn adjustments or FX like the tear. The environment in some parts are 3d and in some parts are hand drawn in Opentoonz (Grease Pencil was unstable at the time).

But I plan to make had painted textures on 3d objects so when I add 2d elements to it... It will blend.

I hope to have the script ready and use the people who already volunteered to voice the characters in the next episodes.

I plan to connect or combine all the stories of Blender Open Movies into this one that's why I called it a COSMO COMBO.

Basically Victor is like Dr who and Sintel is his badass companion and the reason will be revealed as the story progress but many can guess why.

  1. I just got to know open toonz. It´s got a huge potential. I´ve tried to seen what it could be done in setups (automatic scripts). I´d like to see that -if you can- in your channel.
Thanks for sharing this! so cool!
