Hi BlenderNation! I've now made my Manga Shader material and node group set available through Gumroad! The Manga Shader is a suite of node groups which can produce a wide range of comic style materials. There's a version for 2.79b as well as 2.80, and these nodes are compatible with both Cycles and Eevee.

Paul Caggegi

I’ve been a motion-graphics artist, video editor & 3D effects creator for over fifteen years, working full time since 2001, and freelance since 2008. Over the years, I’ve worked on several corporate campaigns, TV commercials, web-videos, showreels and media branding packages for clients such as Nickelodeon, Saachi & Saachi, and Leo Burnett. More recently, I’ve lectured at JMC Academy teaching classes in concept design, story, and 3D modelling. Besides the professional stuff, I also produce "Homebased" – a webcomic all about the life of a stay-at-home dad. I recently started a Patreon page to teach illustrators how to use Blender so they can create assets for their own projects.

    • That's great Oscar! I can't wait to see how it works out for you. Feel free to post your WIPs wherever you go for feedback. I love seeing the work people come up with.

      Cheers,

    • Hi Kevin, yes I do know. The answer is "No".

I'd have thought the words "for Blender" for a product posted to a site called "Blendernation" with a couple of videos which show the workflow inside of Blender and making absolutely no mention of Cinema4D would have been enough to make this clear, but I'll be sure to add the line "NOT for Cinema4D" just so people who have been unclear up to this point won't be confused any longer.

      Hope this helps?
