Past couple of months we’ve been working on the new version of CrowdSim3D that can simulate larger crowds faster and smoother motion. We achieved this optimization by rewriting the add-on using Rust – a fast and memory-efficient programming language. The simulation also uses subframes to generate smoother movements.
There is also a beta version available for Blender 2.80 that makes use of features like collection management and EEVEE render engine.
The new version is for sale on www.crowdsim3d.com/.
If you want to get acquainted with CrowdSim3D you can also download our demo version.
