Blender 2.8 UI widgets addon update

Here is a new update for the Blender 2.8 addon BL UI Widgets. A new widget – a label – is added and the creation of the widgets can now be done in a coordinate system that has it’s origin in the upper left hand corner – the intuitive way for 2d widget placement.
