Baking Multiple Textures onto One Map | No Plugins

In this episode I take all the textures from the house model we did in the previous episode, and apply them all/bake them to one single texture map. It's a tricky process in some ways but I break it down into simple steps as much as I can.

I am a 3D artist and teacher of games design to sixth form students. I have been using Blender for many years but in the past few years really tried to develop my skills and experiment with different aspects of the programme.

  1. Hi Grant, thanks for the tutorials.

About being unable to Ctrl Z at 5:10, it's because Edit mode blocks undo in the Node Editor. In Object mode it works as expected. Seems buggy to me but I've learnt the quirk by now.

  2. Hi Grant, I'm new to doing these stuff in Blender. Be aware that we are all in latest version of blender. Like version 2.8 and higher or so.

I have been wondering if will you make a tutorial about combining multiple pngs/textures into one image using one mesh only? Cause that one is really confusing and the version is old now.
