Hey, I would like to note to potential buyers that there is a better deal listed on the website. I am not sure why that deal wasn’t published here, but it makes me feel awful that I spent a lot more money, whilst waiting for a deal like this for a good part of the year, to only find out that it actually isn’t the best black friday deal published. I usually rely on the shop owners to publish their best deals to the community here on blendernation, which i guess is a false assumption. the 50% discount was reserved to Chocofur store members, e-mail subscribers and people browsing our site on regular basis. Everyone subscribed to our newsletter received limited 50% coupon this morning and the site news was available since Wednesday.
By offering 30% discount through Blender Nation we wanted to spread the offer to other Blender users who don’t follow us regularly, and support Blender Nation at the same time. We do this by affiliate marketing where a % of every purchase goes to Blender Nation account. This is also underlined in the main news you’re referring to.
I think, in comparison to other sites, our 30% discount on a library of over 1200 Blender assets + free update on the future asses + online course + interior / exterior scenes is still pretty good deal, won’t you agree?

As i did not get any response email today from your support email, I will continue here. The issue isn’t the value but the fact that I’ve been let down by two brands that I trust – chocofur and blendernation for trying to take advantage of the most loyar readers and users. There is a sense of trust that can easily deteriorate quickly by mismatching deals. I know because I’ve done something similar with a company I am involved in the many customers were let down when they found out there were better deals for the same product and service. So in the end, it is a trust issue
