I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. It says a lot that around 05:50, Pablo can't work out which icon to choose when he wants to adjust the imported image settings. He scans up and down those meaningless black and white icons searching for the one he needs. Three different buttons on that strip have the same mountain/sun/landscape icon, plus the very indistinct "back of an SLR camera" icon... no wonder it's hard to know which one adjust the image settings he needs.

  2. When we install blender, the splash screen should have option to choose left or right mouse button. Or, freshly installed blender should have first walkthrough options where mouse options could be chosen. At least, for once.

You're doing a great job but can we please settle down to a specific UI at some point? It's hard to adjust to the UI changes AND it's hard for ppl to make 2.80 videotutorials since the interface keeps changing.
