As you guys may have seen, Matthew Muldoon put out a request for help with Blend Swap a couple of months ago. Since then, I've joined the team, and we have started thinking about how the site can be improved in the future. I've put together this short list of questions about how the community uses Blend Swap and we would love to hear what you guys have to say. If you have five minutes, please take the time to fill out this survey because all responses will really help us in deciding the future of Blend Swap.

done! One thing I forgot in the survey: it might be a good idea to require a white, shadeless backdrop on model renders (obv, not scenes) this way they could be neatly implemented on the site. Imagine hovering over the borderless model preview and then getting a pop up displaying the name etc. on hover. Hope you get my idea :D
Great idea! We were thinking about something along those lines as well as far as the interface is concerned.
as much as i tried, i wasnt able to find the job board... where is that?
What I meant by job board was the request feature and the for-hire label on a user's profile.
ah , maybe a proper job board that would encourage donations to the platform would be nice?
I know its just me but I had to lie on question one.
"What was the most important reason that you signed up for Blend Swap? *"
"Download other's work" : Nope
"Get help with your blender questions" : Nope
"Offer your skills on the job board": Nope (set as answer)
"share your creations for free" : YES
