So I have been amazed at how many experienced Blender users do not know about the ability to pack linked/appended files into their main blend file. Often when distributing a render across multiple machines, the project has to be 'packed' so that all files are saved into the one blend file which can be saved to each computer and then opened for rendering.
BUT! Until you know this command its been impossibly tedious to pack any assets that have been linked or appended. However did you know that there is ONE command in blender that does this for you??!
I did this tutorial so that you'd be able to know how to use it. I also show how to use our addon to render the classroom file as a demonstration, but you can use any method of distributed rendering you like in pretty much the same way.
