  1. Nice
it will be perfect if you can rig 2d pro sprite images in blender.work in photoshop then insert in to blender for rigging and animating.

      • This is absolutely amazing Thomas! Thanks a bunch for sharing!

I am somewhat new to Grease Pencil, I know there have been many very important new features lately, at least in the Alpha versions. Considering those new features, is it still advantageous to use an addon like COA Tools ?

        Thanks Tom! :)

        • It all depends on whether greasepencil's drawing tools are good enough and fast enough for you (There is a performance hit when blender draws all those lines and stuff versus just blitting some textures). If that's fine, then do it all in greasepencil; if not, then draw in whatever other program you like, and import it into blender for animating.

          Or mix and match.

It all depends on what kind of workflow you like. I think I'd prefer the workflow of doing it all in greasepencil, but coa_tools is a good option too.

*Accidentally commented this not to you at first, sorry people.*

    • I see.
I guess I'll aim to keep things simple for now, and just stick to GP, after all I have plenty to learn ahead.
      Thank you Tom.
