Share your SIGGRAPH 2018 pictures and stories!

I thought it would be fun to collect all Blender SIGGRAPH material in one place for us all to enjoy, and opened a topic on Blender Artists where everyone can post.

This week, the focus of the Blender community is on SIGGRAPH in Vancouver. And while many of us would love to be there, most will be watching from a distance. So here’s a call to all you travelers: if you’re in Vancouver this week, please share all your pictures of the Blender booth, the crew and any Blenderheads you meet there on this topic (and don’t forget the after-show drinks ;-).

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.
