Recently I was hired to create a few images for a menu of a hotel in my hometown. It was all for the beverages they offering so I created 15 nice little shaders, finished the images and the Hotel Manager was very happy.

Just look at any good reference beverages photo.
E.g orange juice in this 'beverages shaders' looks like piss and others are not better.
Everything would be ok if it is an amateur work. You could say 'nice job, keep working, don't give up'. But those were SOLD for client...
If his client was happy with the result, where you see a problem? The guy does not sell those shaders, he gives it for free, it may be useful for somebody else.
From the photo the wine glasses and wine itself look great. You're attacking the person, not the art. Saying something looks like piss, might just be a reflection of your bowel movements. lmao... Try not to be so cringe af in the future, sport.
