I am getting a lot of errors when trying to enable certain add-ons. Should I submit a ticket?
I think with the alpha release, you only submit for actual crashes.
Great ! the whole interface improvements are shining, and your hair is fine !
No need to send 2.80 add-on errors to the bug tracker yet. Many add-ons are now broken. The Python API used for add-ons is changing and won't be stabilized until around September 19th. At that point add-on bug reporting would be useful.
I've been enjoying 2.0 so far. If I had one complaint then it's that modifiers such as multires and subdivision surfaces do NOT work in sculpt mode. You can add them, but they immediate get disabled once you enter into sculpt mode. This will probably get fixed by the time we get to beta, but I totally miss these features.
