It's cool but doesn't look realistic, it looks too flat. Looks more like the surface of water.
I agree that these clouds are somewhat flat. If you wanted to add depth, the only thing I could think of is using this same set up with a cube instead and replacing the emission shader with a volume scatter node. However, this would drastically increase render times. You would also need to play around with the texture so that it works with the cube.
