I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

Yes they definitely have technical problems. I have paid for two products via Paypal, the money got withdrawn from my account but I didn't get any download links and no products.... I hope that they will answer my email soon.
The team solved my issue :) I can say that they have good costumer support.
blendermarket error = when download so slow, maybe high or big traffic bandwith. I had buy or transaction in there. Maybe they must fix the websites or server bandwith internet.
I just emailed support at blender market about my flip fluids purchase. Can't see my downloads anywhere. Hope they can fix asap. That's quite annoying not to be able to access your own purchases, but it's technology and these things do happen from time to time. It's how they address and resolve is the important part.
