Joakim Tornhill (Blender Insight) just posted another 200-page document, explaining the basics of Cycles nodes 😱. Dive in!
I recently did a post about my tutorial documentation "Wear and tear" using the cycles node. By the response I got from of it, I saw that this was something people really wanted and had missed. Great! Then I knew I have not just wasted those hours spent.
However, I also got a lot of feedback for those that wanted to start from scratch. How do you connect the dots from the beginning?
This is now solved my friends!
I have recently finished my writings on another 200 pages; "Beginners guide to cycles nodes, the procedural way". I hope this will fill that gap some of you felt before and that you really enjoy it content.

THANK YOU.
Thank you very much for this great work.
Lovely to see that you all like my documentation and that I contributes in spreading the knowledge about Blender.
Still thinking on where I should put the documentation for the future since the links are not the easiest to find :).
I'm right now in a discussion with the Blender group responsible for the Blender manual to see if we can have parts of what I have written inside that manual as well.
Meantime, please share, download and give feedback if you have some. You can reach me very easy at:
