I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

Not only is Blender itself getting sexier, but the Blender Foundation website's getting sexier.

Good job, Blender software and web developers!

  2. I have read somewhere v 2.79a contains already simultanously GPU + CPU rendering? I have installed the latest version, but can not set it in the system settings.

    Do I miss something?

I know the feature is already in the 2.8 build.
