Blender Artists 2.0 Campaign Reaches First Goal

Woah! In only 48 hours, 111 backers pledged the €2500 required to move the last 12 months of history on Blender Artists from vBulletin to its new platform, Discourse.

Our next goal is reaching €4500, which will allow us to migrate the ENTIRE history (more than 14 years!), something that I believe is essential to this community.

So if you haven't done so already, please consider making a small donation towards this project and prepare us for the next 14 years!

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!).
