Today I have released The-Blendersauce-Vault, a Repository which provides you Blender procedural and texture based Material, Textures (all mapped), Normal-Maps, Alpha-Brush Sets and much more.
And it is all for free, without any registration or subscription. Just Download whatever you need.But The-Blendersauce-Vault is not finished yet, there is much more to come just stay tuned!

Great materials, but some of your links are messed up.
Under the “man made materials” section:
“car paint glossy” takes you to the “ceramic simple” blend file
“ceramic sss” takes you to the “car paint 1” blend file
“ceramic cracked” takes you to the “ceramic simple” blend file
“glass cobalt” takes you to the “car paint 1” blend file
“glass colored” takes you to the “car paint 1” blend file
