O_O I need this in my life.
I absolutely love the fracture modifier. It takes a bit of tinkering to get the best results but once you do then the results are amazing.
So, do we need a entirely new Blender build in order to use the Fracture?
It's not in the master branch but will be merged in when it's ready. This is just in its beta state.

I haven't used fracture modifier for a while now, but I was absolutely addicted to it for like a year. I think it's time I checked it out again - it looks like there have been some major improvements/additions.
Very nice demo of what is possible with the modifier. What I really like is that there looks to be art direction capabilities with it. So you can really create something unique rather than just voronoi style blocks.
