Why composite in After effects ? Fusion or other node based compositors are less headache .
Because after effects gives it the hollywood quality. Fusion and many others only offer a tenth of the visual eye candy after effects can produce.
Exactly ,this is why Nuke and other nodal compositing software like Fusion are used in almost every hollywood movies involving VFX.
Youtube thumbnail is extremely misleading
