Can't install on blender 2.79.......:(

I can't install it on 2.79 as well. Was seeing a "UTF-8 encoding" error starting blend. Tried a StackExchange link from search...in notpad it was saved as anci or unicode...saved it as suggested encoding "UTF-8 and still doesn't work
not sure how to check the BOM "byte order mark" that an addon must start with, but will be trying that next.
It looks great, will try it on other machines soon.

To install on 2.79, run phyton file on text editor. It works!
