Not new, but this wave simulation by Artell Blender is SOOOO good! Check it out.
(Hat tip to Tangent Animation).
My latest project to improve my skills in Blender fluid simulation. 100% Blender, except After Effect for final compositing. Been using Realflow before, and i'm quite surprised by Blender! It deserves a lot more attention.
The wet sand is done with dynamic paint maps.

Thanks! I will wait.
Is it possible that this technique can also be used in a complete scene (Island World) without which the computer collapses? Could I apply the technique to this landscape?
