Hi Very nice modeling and colors.
First the car is complete clean and is raining
If the car is on move need the water spray on the back of it
If not under the car need more water reflections
Also all the ground need more water reflections
The character is hard to see him because there is no guidelines to him or a focal point
The moon is not the right size and make it the point that u look first
it is raining and there is no clouds
When is strong rain the visibility as u go away from the camera is low that can help a lot
the lightning is hard to notice
What i do
I put the lightning back of the character for hight contrast, i open the mist in passes and i control it with a color ramp in composition. I get some clouds and i get read of the moon. I get more glossy under the car if not move.
If car moves need more water spray of that tires and u also need tire track's and water going left and right as it moves.
Any way put some dirt or water on car.
