I have spent days trying to get the boolean mod. to make a crown gear and always have some defect.

This is a link to what I am trying to create in blender with the boolean mod. Is it possible to do? I can sweep a few teeth but when I put in 30 or so it has many defects. Thanks I am also interested in private lessons on a creating a game with the following sparring robots. A link to them in solid works. Would like to pay to learn how to model and put them in BGE so they spar on their own.

Hell Charles, I would not use a Boolean modifier to create gear - that would be overkill. I'd rather try to extrude from a circle.
