Hey guys! A few years I made a tutorial on how to create a pillow in Blender, and I've since not only upgraded my techniques, but also my audio equipment :) Hope this can be of some use :)

Great work! This what I came up with https://goo.gl/wTgFZ6 (https://vyechi.deviantart.com/art/Soft-Blue-Cotton-Pillows-699271666).
Great work Vyache :D
Great tutorial!
I usually unwrap before I do the cloth simulation, though. I thought that if there's a pattern, it would follow the wrinkles better.
I'm only an amateur with ~1.5 years of experience, so please let me know if there's a better way.
Unwrapping before is fine, but since I had to make mesh adjustments, I couldn't do that. Also, I believe unwrapping before would have caused some stretching, not sure though... Thanks for the comment though :D
Hello Joey,
thanks for this very clear and useful tutorial.
Just one question : as I'm trying to do a sofa with a character seated in it, I'm struggling with the wrinkles due to the pressure on the cushion. It looks like a footprint in the snow!
Would you have any advice about that?
Many thanks;
I would sculpt that bud... Simulating stuff like that doesn't always work :/
