Results of the first Collab Project
Join now to be part of the collab 2.0 project!
The Collab project is where we work together to model out a complex or cluttered scene. This is to encourage everyone that even complex scenes can be broken down. This gives everyone a chance to work together and learn together. All models from the Collab project will be assembled in a single blend file at the end and will be uploaded to Blendswap as CC-0 material for the community to use freely. Anyone who participates may ask for direct critiques on their models and suggestions from Blender Professionals and colleagues. We all learn together, we all blend together.
The blender discord also has its own twitter account now, shamelessly posting our discords updates, further engaging the blender community ;)
This has been an amazing year 1 for the Blender Discord and we will continue to provide an excellent environment for new and seasoned blender artists to come together and meet realtime. There is a lot more in planning.

We love all Blender community initiatives equally. So... please remove the logo and word "official" from the discord channel? Thanks!
We had some other issues with that logo. The current one we can use only says "Blender Community".
I'll share that one in a couple months when our 6th collaboration project finishes and we could announce our first contest details :)
