Another great use-case of Blender and Blend4Web! A General Motors authorized dealer in the United Arab Emirates has placed a functional Chevrolet Camaro 3D configurator on its website. The application blends into the web page seamlessly and significantly improves both informational value and visual appeal of the car presentation.

This is awesome! I’m glad blend4web has come this far. With tight blender integration I think blend4web is the best web based interactive 3D development tool to date. Can’t wait to try it out.

I am wondering, how was the ground done? It doesn’t “float” afar off, as a normal HDR environment texture. It then seamlessly blends with the rest of the environment texture. Maybe
The background is represented by a textured sphere model which connects with a separate floor model placed under the car.
